Setup: Hard - you get only a raw server and have to install everything yourself

Several MT4 platforms: Yes

Preinstalled MT4: No, you setup everything yourself

Server Access: Via Remote desktop tool

Human Setup and monitoring: No, you setup and upload EAs yourself

EA Updates/Activations: No, you update and activate yourself

Customer Support: Very bad customer support: slow and unresposible.

The Good: Standard VPS service. Nothing special. Very cheap.

The Bad: Low quality and slow support. Your server can go down for weeks without any help from the staff.

 
 

I got introduced to EasyCGI by the Silicon forex (which turned out into the scam) and got a free month there. In total I used this service for 4 months and had nothing but troubles with them

After few weeks of good work my server went down and only reply I got was "We are in the process of moving the data from the old servers and upgrading it. It may be another 24 - 36 hours before all containers are back online.. These "24-36hours" in reality lasted nearly 2 weeks. Imagine such a huge delay for a forex trader.

After they finally fixed the servers I was happy again for some time until one day I failed to connect to VPS and the staff did nothing to help for nearly 5 days in a row. Imagine a frustrated trader that cant access his platforms trading real money. After that I got fed up with their crappy service and went away forever.
